Children must be with a parent and supervised at all times. Strollers are welcome, the goats can be curious and lick them.

At the farm, kids can also view the goats from behind the fences.

Winemaker

Meet Steve Byfield.

Born and raised in Kitchener, Ontario, Steve’s journey into the world of wine began during his university days, when he started experimenting with winemaking as a hobby. Fascinated by wine’s cultural influence on food and drink, his inquisitive and artistic nature led him to explore the craft more deeply.

Beginning as an apprentice cellar hand, Steve’s career in wine quickly blossomed. He went on to open his own virtual winery, Nyarai Cellars, in 2009. His unwavering commitment to quality, combined with a strong focus on vineyard practices and meticulous winemaking, defines his approach.

We’re thrilled to present our wines and ciders, crafted by Steve. Here’s to an extraordinary talent and the exceptional wines he creates!
