Absolutely!
We welcome families to our farm; however, there are rules in place to keep children safe and to ensure the well-being of our goats.
Children must be with a parent and supervised at all times. Children under age 2 must be in a parents’ arms at all times. Strollers are welcome, the goats can be curious and lick them.
At the farm, kids can also view the goats from behind the fences.
Weather:
If the weather doesn't cooperate, and remains uncertain for your time outside and the picnic at the pond we have 2 options for you to choose from with 72 hours notice:
1. You are welcome to still come and spend time, take photos, and play in the barn with the goats and we can have your picnic set up inside the winery to enjoy.
2. We are happy to work with you to reschedule your Goat Social to another available date.
On the rare occasions when the weather does not co-operate, we will cancel programs at the farm. In the case of cancellation due to weather, visitors are entitled to reschedule with no additional charge on available times and dates for up to 12 months.
Cancellation:
Refunds are not available for the goat social, however we are happy to re-schedule at a later date with more than 72 hours notice given to us.
The barn is wheelchair and walker accessible. The pasture and pond is mostly flat grass. During the goat social you will walk from the barn to the pond which is about 400ft. We take breaks in the pasture to stop and feed the goats. We have large willow trees on the property that provide shade.
Our washroom is not accessible at this time.
