Escape to the countryside for a 75-minute experience blending genuine farm hospitality with the beauty of nature. Set among our pond, vineyard, and willow trees, enjoy a relaxed morning escape at The Perth Farmhouse.

Savour your choice of wine, cider, mimosa, or alcohol-free Farmhouse Fizz, paired with a specially curated Brunch Box featuring delicious bites from local farms — the perfect balance of fresh flavours and countryside charm.

Your visit concludes with 15 minutes visiting and cuddling our miniature goats, adding a playful and memorable touch to your experience.

• Brunch Box featuring curated bites from local farms

• Photos and visits with the goats or time to relax on the farm

Bubbles & Brunch Tickets are $48.00* per Guest (Adult or Child)

Brunch Box Includes:

• Chicken salad croissant

• Strawberry white chocolate scone with jam

• Fresh fruits and cheese

Vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and vegan accommodations can be selected at checkout. Requests must be made in advance; additional fees may apply.

Please be advised Lynn River Farms, the producer of the Brunch Box, is not a gluten-, dairy-, or nut-free facility.

Reservations are required for Bubbles & Brunch. Walk ins are welcome for a tasting or by the glass, subject to availability.

For the safety and happiness of our Goats, Dogs are not permitted on the farm. Our Goats are terrified of them! We love our Goats as much as everyone loves their Dogs and hope you understand.

Yes, Wine or Cider are available for purchase by the glass.

No outside food is permitted.

Yes there are toilet and handwashing facilities on site.

Weather

If the weather does not cooperate and outdoor time is affected, you have two options available up to 72 hours prior to your booking, which can be selected directly through your booking confirmation email:

1. You’re welcome to still visit and enjoy your tasting and brunch inside the retail store or on the covered patio.

2. You may reschedule your Bubbles & Brunch to another available date.

On rare occasions when weather conditions require us to cancel programs at the farm, your booking may be rescheduled at no additional charge to an available date within 12 months.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Refunds are not available for Bubbles & Brunch bookings.
Guests may reschedule their booking themselves up to 72 hours prior using the link in their original booking email.

Absolutely! 

We welcome families to our farm; however, there are rules in place to keep children safe and to ensure the well-being of our goats.

Children must be with a parent and supervised at all times. Strollers are welcome, the goats can be curious and lick them. 

At the farm, kids can also view the goats from behind the fences.

The Retail Shop and Barn Patio are wheelchair and walker accessible. The pasture and pond is mostly flat grass.

We have large willow trees on the property that provide shade.
